  1. Browse through our online store for order
  2. Add desired item to shopping cart and input desired quantity.
  3. At completion, proceed to Checkout and you will be guided to make your online payment by VISA or MASTERCARD. (NO PAYPAL REGISTRATION IS NEEDED.)
  4. Should you have a Paypal account, you may log into it.
  5. A confirmation email will send to you after payment done.

ATM Bank-in, Cheque Deposit, interbank GIRO or 3rd Parties transfer

  1. It is made payable to: Account Name: MS INNOVATION PLT account with CIMB Bank Berhad (A/C: 860-219-0840)
  2. Send us your contact details, delivery address, and payment receipt to after payment done.
  3. Goods will send out after payment cleared.


  • Your order will be shipped to your instructed address via:-
  • Malaysia -  City-link, Poslaju, GDex or other reputable courier services.
  • International -  Shipping via Air Parcel or Poslaju (EMS) (Item(s) may ship out from our drop shipper in that particular country if there is/are stock available.
  • All orders will be shipped out to your doorsteps via our designated delivery agents. We will aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of payment cleared and delivery cut-off time is 12pm every week days.
  • All goods (except larger orders) are sent via courier that a signature of receipt of goods is required. We cannot be held responsible, for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are not available on parcel delivery or collection, we may leave a card to instruct you to arrange for re-delivery or collect from the courier office.

Duties and Taxes
The cost of item(s) and shipping rates will be charged at the time of purchase. In addition, import duties and taxes may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office upon delivery. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. NOHACKINGWATERPROOFING.COM.MY store have no control over those charges.

Prohibited and Restricted Goods

  • Different countries have different list(s) of prohibited and restricted goods, please check and observe your local 'Custom' clearance lists. Customers are solely responsible for checking to see if the item can be imported prior to the purchase transaction.
  • In the event of item(s) "prohibited" by courier being rejected, we are not solely responsible for the circumstances.


  • We reserve the right to choose the method of shipping either by courier or our designated delivery vehicle / truck, especially for larger orders.
  • Goods ordered with the same delivery address will pack together in one shipment.

Item Availability
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However unforeseen circumstances may happen, in the event of 'Out-of-stock', we will notify you and our customer support will advise you the next step.

Damaged & Missing Item(s)

  • For missing items, kindly make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. On occasion, small items are packed into other items to protect it from damaged during shipment.
  • If upon receiving your order, there are any damage(s) to the item(s) or missing item(s) from your order.  Do make a report to NOHACKINGWATERPROOFING.COM.MY customer support within 3 working days by email.  But please keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped exactly as you received it for inspection. Our customer support will advise you the next step.
  • Please check the tracking status to confirm that all packages have been delivered with provided tracking number before you proceed filing a report with us.

Non-Delivery of Order
If you do not receive your order after 14 working days Domestic or 30 working days International (not including custom clearance). Do contact customer support email at

Incorrect Address
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the shipment(s) will return to us. Do remember, to write a complete and full address in the shipping bill form.

Restriction Areas
If the package(s) is being made to a restriction area such as military base or prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or package, the package(s) will return to us if delivery fails.

Reject by Recipient
If recipient refuses to accept package, the package(s) will return to us. Do remember to notify the person who placed the order (if it is a gift/surprise/etc).

Delivery Service Delay
In rare cases, there are unexpected service delay such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events and etc.
